The first Canadian and US squadrons are recognized immediately as Aces. Future members must earn the title through ACE certification standards.
2–3 Hours/Month Commitment
Each squadron holds 1 monthly case study discussion and 1 monthly training session. Founding ACES complete 6–9 courses in Experior Academy by year-end.
